Return and Refund Policy

Standard Refund Timeline

All approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

1. Refund Eligibility

CPS Academy offers refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course enrollment
  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent course access
  • Course cancellation by CPS Academy
  • Duplicate payment or billing errors

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of enrollment
  • After accessing more than 20% of the course content
  • Change of mind after completing significant course work
  • Failure to complete the course
  • Dissatisfaction with course difficulty level
  • Personal circumstances preventing course completion

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at shahriar@cpsacademy.io with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order/transaction ID and enrollment details
  3. Provide a clear reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of CPS Academy. This may apply when:

  • Technical issues affected part of the course experience
  • Content updates significantly changed the course structure
  • Special circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis

5. Payment Gateway Charges

Please note that payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable. If applicable, these charges will be deducted from your refund amount as per the payment gateway's policy.

6. Course Transfers

As an alternative to refunds, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value. Transfer requests are subject to approval and must be made within 14 days of original enrollment.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, please contact our support team first. We will make every effort to resolve technical issues before considering a refund request.

8. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

9. Disputed Charges

If you notice an unauthorized or incorrect charge, please contact us immediately at shahriar@cpsacademy.io before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

10. Policy Updates

CPS Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
